Aqua Aerobics

Enjoy the water in this low-impact class ideal for all fitness levels. You will burn calories while building strength and flexibility and increase your heart rate for a unique and effective workout.

Body Conditioning

Each class focuses on muscular endurance and strength using hand weights, bands, BOSU, and steps to provide a total body workout. All levels are welcome.

Cardio Blast

These classes combine components of high and low-impact routines to enhance cardiovascular conditioning while lower impact segments minimize stress on joints. A great workout for all fitness levels.

Kick and Core

HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) kickboxing and targeted core workout. Building a strong core can help improve balance and stability, alleviate back pain, give you better posture, and even make mundane everyday tasks easier.

Power Cardio Core

This high-energy class will strengthen your core, increase your heart rate, and help shed body fat all at the same time. All levels are welcome.

Spinning®

Spinning is a group exercise class using Spinner NXT indoor stationary bicycles. The Spinner NXT bikes are a great mode of exercise, providing an efficient form of both cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. All levels are welcome. Newcomers, please come early to go over proper bike setup with the instructor.

Step and Sculpt

Easy-to-follow step combinations along with using hand weights to sculpt your body. Stepping on and off the platform to intensify the workout. This is a low-impact cross-training class for all fitness levels.

Barre Bootcamp

This class combines the best of ballet and Pilates, using light weights to tighten thighs and glutes while improving posture. You will have the length and poise of a prima ballerina and the strength of an athlete.

Bootcamp

A challenging workout in a circuit of activities, building strength, endurance, and most of all, having fun. The class will consist of functional body weight using the TRX Suspension Trainers, weights, resistance bands, BOSU, medicine balls, the battle rope, and more.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Often considered, easier, less intense, meditative, or restorative, this class is great for a beginner who wants to learn the practice of yoga. This class will help relieve stress, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body.

Pilates Fusion

A whole-body workout that will strengthen your core while toning arms and legs. Improves flexibility and posture. Includes both standing and floor sequences. All fitness levels are welcome.

Power Core Yoga

Fusing the best of yoga, with an emphasis on strength and flexibility, this creates a workout that will definitely make you sweat.

Spin/Yoga

This is the ultimate balanced workout in that the muscles get strengthened and stretched as your heart gets pumping. 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of yoga.

Strong

This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In a one-hour class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes.

Vinyasa Yoga

Classes include a variety of stretches, static postures, controlled breathing and meditation to improve flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Vinyasa Yoga: links powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements.

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythm that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movement with easy to follow dance steps.
