Let Prime Time’s Fitness Staff help you achieve your fitness goals with three complimentary one-hour fitness orientation sessions. These sessions include a health risk evaluation and goal setting along with a fitness center orientation. The complimentary fitness instruction is available for new members 15 years of age and older. Please contact the front desk for additional information and to schedule an appointment.
After your initial fitness orientation sessions, you may wish to continue working with a certified personal trainer. Please see our Personal Trainer Biography Book located at the front desk. This book contains each trainer’s biography, photograph, and philosophy on fitness. A one-hour session is $70. Other training packages are available and may be purchased at the front desk.
Fit Kids’ License for Fitness
If your child is between 10 and 14 years of age and is able to participate in sports programs, he or she is ready to enroll in Prime Time's Fit Kids’ License for Fitness Program. This unique program provides the proper instruction and training, which will allow your child to use appropriate cardio machines and do weight-resistance training using free weights and or machines. The purpose of this program is to teach the proper mechanics of resistance and aerobic training as well as proper athletic club etiquette.
The program includes individualized instruction and training with a personal trainer. You and your child will meet with a trainer for a health assessment and program orientation. During the training session, your child will receive instruction on the appropriate equipment. Once your child has successfully completed the program, which requires a parent to accompany the child during their workouts, a license will be issued to the child that must be worn during each workout. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress, increase strength, and improve flexibility. Prime Time offers Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa Yoga, and Power Core Yoga. All classes are complimentary. Please check the group exercise schedule for days and times. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Be sure to check out Prime Time’s gymnasium. We offer open court basketball seven days per week. Additionally, you may wish to visit our lighted outdoor basketball court located next to the tennis courts.
However, if you are looking for something different, stop by the gymnasium on Thursday and Friday evenings.
Open court volleyball is held on Thursdays from 5:00 to 8:00 PM
Open court badminton is held on Fridays from 5:00 to 8:00 PM
We have several racquetball courts available for a quick paced game you’re sure to enjoy. Complimentary equipment is available at the reception desk. Challenge your fellow members to a friendly racquetball match.
The squash court is located near Studio 4.
Table Tennis Center
The table tennis center is located in the South building across the hall from the racquetball courts.
The boxing studio is located in the South building across the hall from the gymnasium.
We have two outdoor heated pools available for recreational and lap swimming. Pool 1 is 25 yards x 6 lanes and pool 2 is 50 yards x 2 lanes.
Complimentary group lessons are available for both children and adults.
Mondays - MAY THROUGH OCTOBER - Children's lessons are 5 PM to 5:30 PM (4-8 years of age) and 5:30 PM to 6 PM.
Adult lessons for all levels are available on Mondays from 6 PM to 7 PM.
Saturdays – Children’s lessons are 3 to 3:30 PM (4–8 years of age) and 3:30 to 4 PM (9–12 years of age).
Adult lessons for all levels are available on Saturdays from 4 to 5 PM

Spinning is a group exercise class using Precor stationary bikes. The Spinner NXT bikes are a great mode of exercise, providing an efficient form of cardiovascular conditioning. All fitness levels are welcome. Spinning classes are located in Studio 3 and are free of charge. Please see the Group Exercise Schedule for days and times. Newcomers, please arrive early in order to go over proper bike setup with the instructor.
Pilates training will increase strength through the core (abdominal and back muscles). Pilates works many of the deeper muscles together, improving coordination and balance to achieve efficient and graceful movement. Each class consists of a special combination of controlled movements that help to create and sculpt longer, leaner muscles.
Pilates Mat Classes
Mat classes are offered several times throughout the week. These classes are located in Studio 4 and are free to all members. See our Group Exercise Schedule for days and times. Please contact the front desk for more information.
Pilates Private Training
Private training with the Reformer is available for $70 per session, a 5 session package is $325 and a 10 session package is $625.
Pilates Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training is 2-3 participants.
$50 per session (per person), $225 for a package of 5 sessions (per person), $425 for a package of 10 sessions (per person).
Our coffee lounge is conveniently located on the second floor, upstairs from the front desk. We serve Starbucks coffee and a variety of snacks and beverages in a warm pleasant environment. The Coffee Lounge is open weekdays from 6:00 AM –6:00 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Bring a friend to work out! You may use a guest pass, which is sent with the bimonthly club newsletter, or pay the $20 guest fee. All guests entering the club must be accompanied by a member.
Prime Time Athletic Club is in full operation from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The club is closed only three days a year—Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
