Prime Time Athletic Club provides a diverse group exercise classes a week. Our group fitness instructors will guide you through an innovative workout with a class designed for all ages and ability levels.
Classes feature cardio, dance, muscle conditioning and sport-specific, Spinning, Yoga, Zumba, Bootcamps and Pilates Mat.
Due to COVID-19, the current group exercise schedule has been temporarily modified. Additionally, many of the classes will be held in alternate locations, including the gymnasium and outdoors.
