Prime Time is offering a TRX Body Blast class with Certified TRX and Personal Trainer Jack Paul. This program is designed to increase strength, burn fat and increase overall conditioning using your own bodyweight! That’s right – your own bodyweight is the resistance. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, this versatile piece of equipment has limitless progressions to increase strength and stability. This class consists, but is not limited to, TRX Suspension Trainers, R.I.P. Trainers, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bags and hand weights. Space is limited to eight participants (minimum of 4 participants). Classes will be held in studio 2. The cost of this class is $99.00 (8 sessions).
