Do you want to get stronger while burning body fat? Tired of the same workout and need some motivation? Workout in a small group setting to help challenge you. Let Certified Personal Trainer Jack Paul help you stick to your fitness goals with The Shred class. This four week program consists of an hour long circuit workout that meets twice a week. It is designed to challenge your body by keeping your heart rate up while using all major muscle groups and in turn will help you burn fat! You will develop strong, lean, and toned muscles as well as better balance and agility. This class consists, but is not limited to, TRX Suspension Trainers, R.I.P. Trainers, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bags and body weight.
Jack is a Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancer Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist certified through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a Certified TRX Suspension Trainer with over 15 years of experience.
This class will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. January 23 through February 15, in studio 2. Space is limited so sign up today at the front desk. The cost of this class is $99 and limited to 15 participants (a minimum of 4 participants).
