The Reposturing Yoga Workout is a sequence of exercises for every part of the body that are designed to eliminate pain and give you strength and flexibility where you need it. This is a quick, easy and effective method resulting in better posture. When your body is properly aligned according to gravity, supporting yourself while walking and moving can seem effortless. You will find these stretches are very easy to incorporate into your current workout routine.
Sharon Caren is a Certified Posturist and Licensed Reposturing Trainer with more than 1,300 hours of training. In 1977, Sharon’s neck was broken in a car accident and she was subsequently confined to a body cast for three months. This experience led her to know firsthand the tools required for recovery. Along with meditation, visualization and healthy foods, massage therapy was a major part of Sharon’s healing process. “I could feel my body getting better and better,” she says.
