Have you always wanted to try yoga but felt a group class was not for you? Do you have physical limitations or injuries? Has it been a while since you practiced yoga and you want to start again? How about trying private yoga?

One-on-one yoga, much like personal fitness training, is tailored to your specific needs. These 60-minute sessions allow you to work privately with Elena Chechina-Vasquez. Elena is a Certified Yoga Instructor practicing yoga for 17 years and has been teaching for the last 12 years. Elena will create a practice that makes sense for your body and level of experience.

Private Yoga Trainer

Meet our newest Private Yoga trainer and Instructor Elena Chechina-Vasquez. She was born in Crimea on the Black Sea. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Massage Therapist.

Elena has been practicing yoga for 17 years and has been teaching for the last 12 years. Elena brings a deeply-rooted and unique perspective to the practice of yoga. She enjoys teaching a lively, up-lifting, challenging class that honors the tradition of the practice. She is also the mother of two children.

Elena’s emphasis is on breathing and alignment in flowing motion to build balance, flexibility, and strength in body. She enthusiastically teaches yoga in order to help students of all levels to find what works best for their unique body in any given moment. She guides students on a powerful exploration of listening to the body with honor and reverence.
