Come join us for this one hour workshop on hands. Whether you like to play music, cook, garden, or use your electronic devices, our hands are our instruments. In this workshop he will introduce you to a simple yet very effective sequence to keep the hands fluid and open. It can provide you with significant health benefits, such as improved finger and wrist range of motion and enhanced circulation.
This workshop is presented by Certified Yoga Instructor and Thai Massage Therapist Robert de Neis. Robert started practicing yoga in 1974 while working in the Kosmos, a meditation center in Amsterdam. He has been teaching Integrative Yoga since 1999. His classes incorporate elements from Chi Kung and traditional Thai massage. He has spent lengthy times in Asia studying yoga and the healing arts in Thailand, India and Japan.
