About half of the American population makes New Year’s Resolutions every year. Within a month or so, 80% of those resolutions have already fallen by the wayside, and ultimately only 8% of those resolutions are ever kept. An overwhelming majority of these resolutions have to do with nutrition and/or health and can have a tremendous impact on individuals if they can make their resolutions a reality.
