Come join certified Yoga Instructor Tom Anderson for this six class yoga series. Tom has been teaching Yoga for 10 years and received his 500 hour Viniyoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Alliance. He is also currently pursuing his Yoga Therapist Certification.
Through these classes, Tom will help you understand your body’s stress mechanism, the impact that stress has on your health and wellbeing, and the yoga tools that effectively help manage the stress response and cultivate resilience. You will learn the tools handed down from Krishnamacharya, otherwise known as The Father of Modern Yoga, through Viniyoga. During this series, you will also learn the simple breath-based asana, pranayama, and chant to help soothe the nervous system, settle the mind, and manage your stress reactivity levels.
