Prime Time Athletic Club is excited to announce our LITE Program. The LITE Program is a weight loss and fitness program designed specifically for each individual person.
Prime Time will be offering a complimentary 30 minute session to discuss personal goals and give you a jump start. Appointments will be held on Tuesdays from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m., Wednesdays 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. We will also be offering a 60 minute LITE session for $99.00, or blocks of 6 sessions for $399.00 and 12 sessions for $769.00.
Our 60 minute LITE session is designed to give you an idea of how to improve your nutrition. In your first session you will review your food intake and will receive a print out describing your intake of carbohydrates, protein, fats, and sugars. You will talk with our Wellness Coordinator about ways to modify your food intake to make it more nutrient dense. Our block of 6 LITE sessions is designed to set you up with a program that will suit your nutritional and fitness needs. Sessions are intended to be held once a week to improve your chance of results. Your first session will be 60 minutes and includes: a health screening, weigh-in, and body fat and BMI measurements. Our Wellness Coordinator will help you develop personalized strategies for success. You will leave with a FitBook to track your nutritional and fitness progress. Your next 4 sessions will last approximately 30 minutes each, where you will again review your food intake, exercise routine, address any obstacles that you are dealing with, and have a weigh-in. You will be given a printout showing your intake of carbohydrates, fats, protein, and sugar which you had consumed on a single day. You will also receive one personal training session with one of our personal trainers to jump start your fitness needs. The personal training session must be used within the span of the 6 sessions. Your last session will be one hour in length and include another body fat and BMI measurements. You will also discuss how to maintain your new lifestyle.
Our block of 12 LITE sessions is set up very similarly. Sessions are designed to meet once a week or as close to once a week as possible. With the 12 session package you will get re-measured at the 6th and 12th sessions. In addition to that you will also receive two personal training sessions with any of our personal trainers. Sessions must be used within your block of 12 sessions. In addition to being re-measured at your last session, we will also talk about how to maintain your new lifestyle. You will be able to contact our Wellness Coordinator throughout your sessions with any nutritional questions via email. Throughout your sessions you will receive check in emails and healthy recipes to try at home.
