Working with kettlebells is accessible and practical for all. From the elite athlete looking for an edge, to the sedentary person looking to discover fitness for the first time, all can benefit.
Kettlebell training consists of whole-body movement exercises. Kettlebell exercises isolate muscles for improving muscle tone, body composition and strength. Furthermore, kettlebells strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints stronger and less susceptible to injury. Kettlebells require you to engage the core in almost every lift. Kettlebells have a reputation for strengthening your back and abdominal muscles like nothing else previously available. This strength training workout creates dense muscle mass, while increasing your metabolism.
You will learn the fundamentals of kettlebell, state-of-the-art breathing techniques and tension skills for instant strength gains. Get-up, Goblet Squat, Swing and Deadlift will be the focus of this workout.

Day/Time: Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Dates: Sept 30 to Nov 4
- Yoga mats needed.
- Class is limited to 20 participants (minimum of 8 participants).
