Prime Time Athletic Club provides over 100 diverse group exercise classes a week. Our group fitness instructors will guide you through an innovative workout with a class designed for all ages and ability levels.
Classes feature cardio, dance, muscle conditioning and sport-specific, Spinning, Yoga, Zumba, Bootcamps and Pilates Mat.
